About the role

As a Caregiver with Senior Helpers, you will provide essential support to seniors who need assistance with daily tasks, companionship, and safety monitoring. You will make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families by promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Support mobility, including helping with walking or transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping, such as laundry, cleaning, and organization
• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments as required
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency requirements
• Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Experience as a caregiver (professional or family caregiving experience is accepted)
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality

• Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently
• Authorization to work in the United States
