NOW HIRING: Manufacturing Quality Inspector Level 3

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Quality Inspector Level 3 to lead the way in quality control and NDT excellence. This is a 1st shift position, Monday-Friday with some Saturday overtime, working 6:00am to 4:00pm. The pay rate is $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods
• Conduct Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Visual, and Ultrasonic inspections
• Provide testing and inspection support for all production and quality processes
• Identify quality issues, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions
• Assist with investigation and resolution of customer complaints
• Complete detailed inspection reports and manage electronic documentation
• Support the team in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of inspection experience in manufacturing/quality control
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• ASNT TCIA Level II Certified (NDT)
• Strong understanding of quality control systems and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Proficient in math (fractions, decimals, algebra, trigonometry, geometry)
• Basic computer skills (Email, Word, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have inspection capabilities, including basic inspection tool knowledge and ability to accurately read a tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and gages

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and frequent walking
• Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Some repetitive activity
• Light to heavy physical effort as needed
• Ability to lift 10 lbs. frequently, 20+ lbs. occasionally, and 30+ lbs. with assistance
