Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleanings or general cleanings based on the job assigned.
• Follow the specific checklist and notes provided for each cleaning project.
• Conduct a final walk-through with the customer to ensure satisfaction before completing the job.
• Maintain professional communication with clients.

Requirements

• Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable transportation (Required).
• Smartphone (Required).
• English speaking (Required).
• Experience in residential deep cleaning/move-out cleaning is a must.
• Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to complete cleaning tasks.
• Professional and reliable communication with clients.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends if needed.
• Willingness to travel 100% (Required).

Pay

We pay per job, not per hour. Top performers earn $500–$1,500 per week.

• Day shift / 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Sunday
• Weekends available
• On-call flexibility
