Available shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Help residents during meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Work closely with nurses and other healthcare team members to provide exceptional resident care.
Requirements
- Current HHA or PCA certification (if required by New York State)
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide quality resident-centered care
