You'll assist with daily living activities, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship while helping each client feel safe, comfortable, and valued every day. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support Help manage memory-related challenges and behavior changes Document care activities and follow individualized care plans Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members What We're Looking For: 5+ years of caregiving experienceReliable, trustworthy, and respectful of client boundaries Physically capable of assisting with transfers or lifting Comfortable with providing personal care to male clients Empathetic and understanding Patient, attentive, and able to adapt to different needs and personalities Requirements Previous caregiver experience preferredActive California Home Care Aide registrationCurrent TB test results or chest X-ray documentationLegally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)Valid driver's license and active car insurance Benefits Why Join Us?
