NOW Hiring Experienced Caregivers ALL Shifts (Cna/Pca/Hha)
TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Salem and surrounding areas. Earn top pay rates while building a meaningful career in a growing industry. Four-hour to twelve-hour shifts are available, and every other weekend is required.
Pay & Bonuses
- Top pay rates: $17–$17.50 per hour, starting at $17 per hour
- $300 sign-on bonus
- Weekly pay with optional Daily Pay through PayActiv
- Mileage reimbursement
Schedule
- Shift availability: days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
- Schedule options: full-time and part-time available
- Every other weekend required

Responsibilities
As a caregiver for TheKey, you'll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:
- Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
- Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
- Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
- Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Active CNA, NA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB clearance or chest X-ray
