Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician

  • Pay: $20 - $22 / hour based on experience and completion of RBT certification training is paid at a lower rate

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism and is committed to providing quality care and support. We are looking for individuals who have a strong desire to learn and grow in their field, and who are willing to work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide effective therapy.

Skills

While no prior experience is required, candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. A willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and strategies is essential. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
