About the role
Systems Therapy is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. This role involves providing therapeutic services and support to clients in a collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on client care
- Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Flexible schedule including some evening hours
Pay
