Workable Solutions Investigative & Protective Services, LLC (WSIPS) is actively recruiting experienced, dependable, and professionally licensed Armed Security Officers for immediate assignments throughout Montgomery, Alabama, and surrounding communities. We are seeking highly motivated security professionals who take pride in their appearance, demonstrate sound judgment, maintain exceptional standards of conduct, and are committed to protecting people, property, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Protection & Deterrence: Maintain a visible, professional armed security presence to deter criminal activity, unauthorized access, and security threats.
• Patrol Operations: Conduct assigned foot and vehicle patrols to identify safety hazards, suspicious activity, and potential security concerns.
• Access Control: Monitor entrances and exits, verify authorized access, and enforce client-specific security procedures.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, disturbances, medical emergencies, and security incidents within the scope of training and authority.
• Incident Documentation: Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Policy Enforcement: Follow established post orders, operational directives, company policies, and client instructions.
• Professional Communication: Coordinate appropriately with supervisors, clients, emergency responders, and law enforcement personnel.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, vendors, and members of the public.
• Firearm Responsibility: Maintain strict compliance with firearm safety standards, authorized equipment requirements, and applicable laws.
• Operational Readiness: Report for duty on time, properly uniformed, alert, equipped, and prepared to perform all assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a current Alabama ASRB Armed Security Officer License in good standing.
• Own an appropriate duty weapon and meet all company firearm qualification and authorization requirements.
