Integrated Staffing is partnering with a leading construction firm in Upstate NY to hire a full-time, onsite Superintendent to oversee field operations and keep projects running safely, smoothly, and on schedule across various sites in Upstate NY.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and vendors
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance
• Solve on-site challenges and keep projects moving
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
• Mentor field staff and foster a strong team environment

Requirements

• 10+ years construction experience, 5+ in a supervisory role
• Strong commercial construction knowledge
• Ability to read plans, manage schedules, and solve problems
• Experience with Procore, MS Office, and construction software
• Valid NYS driver’s license + ability to pass background checks

Pay

$85K–$120K DOE

Schedule

Mon–Fri, 7 AM–4 PM
