About the role
We are seeking a Building Enclosure Consultant (PE, RA, RRC) with a proven track record in the AEC consulting industry. Your problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and extensive experience in building enclosure design and construction are key to our success.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex building enclosure projects from concept through completion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in building enclosure design
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in building enclosure technology
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building enclosure consulting
- Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), or Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) license
- Strong knowledge of building enclosure systems, including but not limited to roofing, waterproofing, insulation, and façade systems
- Experience with building enclosure design software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- MS in a relevant field preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), or Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) license
- Experience with building enclosure design and construction
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in building enclosure design software and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes and standards

Pay
A good faith estimate of the starting hourly rate (gross) for this position is in the following range: $95,330.00 - $158,880.00
Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate project needs.
