About the role

Translate software strings, documentation, training materials, and European tenders while contributing to localization, quality assurance, and terminology management.

Deliver clear, accurate translations for a global leader in electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

  • Apply language expertise to deliver translations for Epic's clinical, administrative, registration, and billing products.
  • Collaborate with implementation and technical support teams to deliver high-quality, innovative software.
  • Manage key translation projects across Epic's products with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
  • Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
  • Excellent knowledge of Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience translating from American English to Norwegian strongly preferred
  • Ability to ensure translation maintains appropriate feeling, tone and style

Qualifications

  • No requirement for knowledge of Epic software, training provided
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Skills

  • Strong language skills in Norwegian and English
