Norton Hospital - CRNA OB Lead

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking an experienced OB Lead CRNA to join our team in Louisville, KY. This is an exciting opportunity for a CRNA who enjoys a strong clinical environment, leadership responsibilities, and being part of a collaborative anesthesia team.

As the OB Lead CRNA, you’ll play an important role in supporting the clinical team and helping ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality anesthesia care. This position is ideal for a CRNA who is looking to take the next step in their career while remaining actively involved in clinical practice. This is a leadership opportunity within a high-acuity anesthesia practice and a collaborative physician and CRNA team, offering a great opportunity to help support and develop OB anesthesia services.

Pay

• $227,000 base salary
• $10,000 OB stipend
• $10,000 Lead stipend
• $13,000 acuity stipend
• $6,000 quality incentive
• Total compensation opportunity of $266,000+

Schedule

7 × 24-hour shifts per month
