About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals in their home setting, focusing on activities of daily living, safety, and health management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to healthcare providers.
- Ensure the home environment is safe and conducive to the client’s needs.
- Engage in regular communication with clients and family members.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Background check and drug screening required.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
