About the role
As our Business Development Manager (NoVA Territory), you are the face of a company that is disrupting the facility services industry. You'll be targeting high-value commercial assets—office complexes, industrial hubs, and educational institutions—positioning The Budd Group as the essential partner in their operational success.
Responsibilities
- Researching high-value targets
- Conducting high-stakes presentations
- Collaborating with our world-class operations team to ensure what you sell is delivered with excellence
Requirements
- A documented history of smashing quotas in B2B sales
- An expert at navigating past gatekeepers to get face-to-face with C-suite decision-makers
- Able to build long-term alliances and leverage networking groups to own your territory
- Excellence in consultative selling, analyzing a client's pain points, and building complex, value-driven proposals
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent "street-smarts" and experience)
