Northeast Division Operations Officer

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Northeast Division Operations Officer to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will provide operational leadership for a regional division, helping shape strategy and drive execution across budgets, project management systems, and performance initiatives. The position will partner closely with senior leaders and office leaders to strengthen communication, improve morale, and support consistent operating discipline across the division. It is well suited for a seasoned leader who can translate strategic goals into measurable operational improvements and long-term organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for division operations and guide division strategy
• Oversee operations processes, including budgets and project management systems
• Conduct and assess Senior Management Project Reviews
• Enhance lasting performance improvements through objective monitoring
• Improve communication and leadership among office leaders
• Lead initiatives for performance improvement and staff morale
• Facilitate strategic planning and training development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 15 years of related experience
• Creative leader with a strong record of success in a growth-oriented environment

Preferred

• Master's degree and PE certification

Pay

$298,549 – $476,903 annually
