Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
• Supports fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc.
• Keeps knowledge of Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials
• Accurately writes down guests’ orders and enters into POS system
• Retrieves food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area and delivers to guests
• Absorbs guests’ demeanor and summons a Manager when necessary
• Collects guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensures transactions are correct, and delivers correct change
• Performs shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework
• Restocks and maintains restroom cleanliness for guests
• Can stand/walk 100% of shift and perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs
• Speaks, reads, and writes English, and can read and write handwritten guest checks

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand/walk 100% of shift
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop frequently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Ability to complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification program

Pay

Paid Vacation: One week after year one, two weeks after two years, and three weeks after ten years
