Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Professionalism with handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
- Aid customers at the counter.
- Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled).
- Process customer orders.
- Post payments daily in the computer system.
- Reconcile daily deposits.
- Filing and scanning documents.
- Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- If needed, perform other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.

Position Qualifications
- Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
- Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
- Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.
