The Role

NET-A-PORTER is seeking passionate Style Advisors to join our Personal Shopping team in our Mahwah, NJ office. The role involves connecting customers with the latest trends and carefully curated product selections, supporting them with any ad hoc service enquiries, and guiding them through their shopping experience. You will build meaningful relationships that inspire confidence and loyalty, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver targeted outreach, nurture relationships, drive growth, and develop the EIPs of the future.

Type of Person We Are Looking For

• Brings 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as in-store retail, stylist services, or call-center sales and operations, with a proven ability to engage customers.
• Takes a proactive, results-driven approach to sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding personal sales targets.
• Is customer-focused and passionate about going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Communicates confidently and effectively, fluent in spoken and written English, with additional language skills considered a strong advantage.
• Is digitally savvy and comfortable using tools such as Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems to manage client interactions and track results.
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
