Responsibilities

  • Act as an active business partner across business teams to align data insights and trends.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting while driving performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support business integrated reconciliation monthly financial review and provide data analysis packages to various members of the leadership team.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand SG&A spending trends and explain actual-to-budget variances.
  • Develop and maintain Balance Sheet forecasts, ensuring accurate projections of working capital, assets, liabilities, and cash flow drivers.
  • Develop financial modeling processes and discounted cash flow analysis across various Crop Protection business projects.
  • Collaborate at a high level across Integrated Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and Corporate functions supporting business teams.
  • Follow the strategic direction received from Regional Finance Leader and/or Regional Business Leaders.
  • Monitor market trends and key financial indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and business implications.
  • Partner on key strategic growth and productivity initiatives to ensure appropriate business insights are being considered, and decision support is being provided to accelerate growth and maximize portfolio profitability.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis with active support to North America Business or Finance Leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • MBA/CPA/CMA is a plus.
  • 5+ years with prior roles in financial analysis or reporting.
  • Strong software skills and knowledge of Windows Office applications (Excel, Word, Access), SAP.
  • Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to solve issues in a complex environment.
  • Flexible with diverse working styles.
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S.-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or Qualifying Asylee/Refugee).
