About the role

• Help clients with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and hygiene

• Ensure clients take their medication on time, keeping them safe and healthy
• Assist with mobility and exercises, helping them stay active and independent
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes in clients’ conditions
