Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay

• Sales: $13.30 per hour (offers depend on location and job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience)
• Additional pay range provided: $16.00 – $16.65 hourly, depending on location and qualifications
• Commission: typically ranges from 3% to 14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories sales; Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales commission is 3%
