About the role

We are currently hiring for Regular Sales and Seasonal Support roles in various departments across our stores. Join us for our Hiring Event on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 11am - 5pm at 26200 Cedar Road, Beachwood, OH 44122.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise and assist customers
• Perform tasks including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
• Lift items weighing up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Participate in background checks and consider qualified applicants with criminal histories

Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Pay

• Sales: $13.05-$13.05 hourly
• Fulfillment & Delivery: 15.75 - 16.35 USD Hourly

Schedule

Shifts vary depending on department and location. Regular Sales roles typically work 8-hour shifts, while Fulfillment & Delivery roles may have varying schedules.

Physical Requirements

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds [Stock/Logistics Only].
