About the role

Join us for our Hiring Event on Thursday, October 8th, 2026 at the Nordstrom store located at 7801 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236 from 11AM to 5PM. No appointment is needed; you may arrive at any time during the event for an interview (approximately 1 hour). On‑the‑spot job offers are made for most roles. We are currently hiring for Sales and Support positions in Women’s Apparel, Stock & Fulfillment, and Seasonal positions.

Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
• Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds

Pay

• Sales: $13.15 per hour
• Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery: $15.75–$16.35 per hour
