Join us for our Hiring Event on Thursday, October 22, 2026! Store Location: 8075 Tysons Corner Center McLean VA 22102. Event Time: 11am - 5pm. No need to schedule in advance; please join us at any time during the event for an interview. When you arrive, follow the signs for the hiring event location or ask any Nordstrom employee for direction. You are welcome to bring a copy of your resume, but it is not required. Allow approximately 1 hour for the interview process. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles.

We are hiring for both Seasonal and Regular positions.

• Seasonal Positions Available: Fulfillment Store Support
• Regular Positions (require 1+ years of experience): Women's Apparel, Accessories, At‑home, Lingerie

Pay

Pay ranges (as provided in compliance with state‑specific laws):

• Sales: $18.65 – $18.65 hourly
• Support: $18.65 – $19.40 hourly

At Nordstrom, commission for most selling employees varies by merchandise:

• Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales: 3% – 14.5%
• Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales: 3%
