Pay Range Details

Pay ranges below are provided in compliance with state-specific laws and may differ for other locations. Offers depend on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

  • Customer Service: $18.45 – $19.20 hourly
  • Sales: $17.25 hourly
  • Sales Support: $18.45 – $19.20 hourly
  • Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery: $18.45 – $19.20 hourly

Commission Information

At Nordstrom, commission for most selling employees varies based on the merchandise sold:

  • Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales: typically 3% to 14.5%
  • Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles: typically 3%
