Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years Non-Destructive Inspection Testing experience
- Documented previous NAS-410 Level II Training and OJT
- Certifications in Penetrant (PT), Radiography (RT), and Ultrasonic (UT)
- Interim secret clearance to start

As a Senior Nondestructive Testing Inspector, you'll perform advanced inspections on metallic and composite aircraft structures while supporting production, sustainment, and advanced development programs.
What You Will Be Doing
- Perform nondestructive inspections using Penetrant, Radiography, and Ultrasonic testing methods
- Set up, operate, and maintain advanced computerized NDT equipment
- Inspect metallic structures, composite assemblies, bonded components, and weldments
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements to ensure product quality
- Support development and continuous improvement of inspection techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues
- Assist in training and mentoring developing NDT inspectors through on the job instruction
- Maintain compliance with NAS 410 certification requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures

Desired Skills
- Certification in Magnetic Particle (MT), Eddy Current (ET), Shearography (ST), and Thermography (IRT)
- Aerospace experience
- Ability to conduct OJT for trainees
- Penetrant and Magnetic particle experience in aerospace setting
- Ability to develop written techniques and procedures for approval by an NDT Level III
- Experience in robotic operated NDI equipment preferred
- Experience in NDI testing various materials such as: Composite Structures, Metallics, Bonded Assemblies, and welds
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and computerized workstations
- Experience in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)
