Non Student Hourly Worker
About the role
This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for providing temporary hourly support for print shop operations. The temporary personnel will assist with warehouse functions, material handling, and delivery services to support day-to-day production and distribution activities.
Responsibilities
- Transporting printed materials and supplies between facilities and designated delivery locations
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Forklift Operation: Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (as certified)
- Moving pallets and bulk materials safely within the warehouse and loading areas
- Conducting routine safety checks of equipment
- Delivery Service: Communicating with others to exchange information
- Lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
- Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like
- Operating machinery and/or power tools
- Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Physical Requirements: Exposure to moving mechanical parts or vibration
Requirements
- Personnel must be physically capable of lifting up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
- Forklift operators must possess valid certification and demonstrate safe operation practices

Pay
$18.00 per hour
Schedule
Temporary hourly employee will be scheduled based on operational needs, which may include: Standard business hours and/or shift work 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Overtime as required with prior approval
