Non-Invasive CV Technician, Days

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing on patients using age-appropriate principles of growth and development for all age groups: neonate to 1 year, 1 year to 12 years, and adolescent through geriatric.
• Conduct tests including:
  • 12 lead EKG
  • 24-hour Holter scanning with interpretation
  • Treadmill exercise tests
  • Pharmacological exercise tests
  • Complex pulmonary/metabolic stress tests
  • Thoracic-bio impedance testing (non-invasive cardiac output)
  • Tilt Table testing
• Function in a multi-skilled environment, applying both customer service and clinical skills.
• Assist with training students and technicians to perform EKG and Holter monitors.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
• Passion for patient care and community health.

Desired

• One year of experience performing EKG and Holter application and scanning.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) certification.
