Job Summary

The mission-driven Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician position at Denver Health offers comprehensive clinical cardiology practice, education, and care for a diverse, urban patient population. The role involves inpatient and outpatient care, interpretation of various tests, and supervision of trainees.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive non-invasive cardiology practice, including inpatient and outpatient care
  • Interpretation of stress testing, ECGs, and ambulatory rhythm monitoring
  • Advanced echocardiography, including transesophageal and stress echocardiography
  • Cardiac imaging, including nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and potential cardiac MRI involvement
  • Supervision and teaching of cardiology fellows, residents, and medical students

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Level II echocardiography training
  • Commitment to team-based care and service to a diverse, multicultural patient population
  • BLS - American Heart Association Required
  • ACLS - American Heart Association Required
