Non-Interventional Cardiologist | Top-tier Cardiology Platform in the St. Louis Region

BJC Medical Group Cardiology is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Non-Interventional Cardiologist to join a well-established, high-volume cardiology practice at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. About the Role

• Join a collaborative cardiology team: 11 Cardiologists and 4 Cardiology Nurse Practitioners
• Established referral base – be busy from day one
• Flexible schedule promoting work-life balance: Monday–Friday, 36 patient-facing hours per week
• 1:6 shared call schedule with NP weekend support
• Practice in a fully integrated cardiac program with specialty services onsite

Practice Details

• Primary clinic located on hospital campus
• Onsite Electrophysiology and Heart Failure programs
• Strong collaboration with cardiac and vascular teams
• Efficient workflows with APP support for continuity of care

Responsibilities

• Manages the medical care of patient panel by providing or arranging for inpatient hospital care, either through regular hospital rounds or by coordinating with hospitalists or other qualified physicians.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and care team members to ensure excellent patient care outcomes at designated clinic locations.
• Performs and documents medical histories and physicals in patient records as required by hospital medical staff bylaws.
• Provides or arranges for call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage in compliance with BJC policies and medical staff bylaws.
• Collaborates with and teaches advanced practice providers, support staff, and care team members.
• Completes medical records, provides MyChart consultations, manages inbasket, and conducts patient-specific education.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Medicine
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology (Non-Interventional)
• Licensed Physician

• 2-5 years of experience
