Responsibilities

• Load and operate a dishwashing machine
• Remove and store washed dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, etc.
• Wash pots, pans, and cooking utensils
• Mop floors, wash walls, windows, cabinets, shelves, equipment, locker rooms, and bathroom areas
• Clear and clean tables and dispose of trash and garbage
• Observe safety and health regulations and maintain high standards of sanitation
• Move materials into and out of storage areas as needed
• Fill milk and beverage dispensers and replenish as needed
• Record temperatures on dish machines, freezers, and other equipment
