Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategy for a unified, AI-enabled Regulatory Intelligence Platform
- Lead and mentor a global team of senior professionals to foster an innovative culture
- Develop functional strategies that align with and impact the firm's commercial objectives
- Drive the execution of the NFRR transformation through a centralized, AI-enabled platform
- Own the design and implementation of a cohesive Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Champion data-driven insights to identify opportunities for operational re-engineering
- Enhance risk and control frameworks across the NFRR lifecycle
Qualifications
- 15+ years of senior-level experience in Regulatory Reporting or Financial Services Operations
- Broad understanding of global reporting functions and practical experience in multiple business cycles
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams through senior managers
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies for operational challenges
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscape and competitor approaches
- Strong communication skills to influence diverse audiences
