Responsibilities

  • Perform and interpret non-destructive tests on aerospace components using a variety of NDT techniques.
  • Prepare parts before or after testing in accordance with approved work instructions.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and ensure proper documentation of all findings, ensuring compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coverage of NDT equipment, and conduct tests in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.
  • Interpret and evaluate test results according to applicable standards, codes, and specifications, and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Review and analyze work orders, technical manuals, and blueprints to determine appropriate NDT methods and inspection criteria.
  • Provide guidance and training to Level 1 NDT Inspectors.
  • Maintain NDT equipment and conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and company safety, quality, and environmental policies.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and corrective actions as needed.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 6:30am to 5:00pm.
