About the Role

Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is looking for an Auto Sales Trainee to join our team. No automotive sales experience is required. We will teach you the automotive business from the ground up through paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on experience. This position is designed for a recent college graduate or an ambitious professional who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the dealership industry.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Learn and present Mazda vehicles, features, and technology
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Understand customer needs and help them find the right vehicle
• Develop strong communication and negotiation skills
• Work with customers from the initial conversation through delivery
• Learn the fundamentals of automotive sales and finance
• Follow proven sales processes and dealership systems
• Work as part of a team to achieve individual and company goals
• Develop the skills needed to advance into future leadership opportunities
