Pay
Starting wage: $20.00/hr. Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives. The expected pay range is $20.00/hr.
Schedule
Employment type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Shift type: Part Time hours available. For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume. Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements. Housing is not provided. Hiring occurs on a rolling basis; applications accepted until December 15th or until positions are filled.
Responsibilities
- Teach group and private lessons
- Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
- Deliver world-class guest service
- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain
- Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
- Must be able to
