- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Experience in managing a team of nurses
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations
