Non CDL Yard Driver / Spotter

About the role
Spotter duties include moving trailers in the yard, in and out of dock doors, and performing yard checks for trailer maintenance and counts.
Pay
Hourly pay of $22-$23 (based on a 40-hour work week).

Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Acceptable references from past employers
- Perform all duties safely and responsibly
- Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or customer rules, standards, and guidelines
- Physically capable to perform all job duties, including moving frequently, standing, walking, and sitting
- Frequently use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs/45 kg
- Report all problems with equipment, as well as accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after the route
- Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area
- Perform routes, pickups, and deliveries based on customer requirements
