Non CDL Paratransit Driver

We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver to ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Key Responsibilities Include Executing safety-focused operations by following designated routes, schedules, and safety protocolsProviding exceptional passenger care, assisting with boarding and disembarkingPerforming vehicle inspections, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanlinessUpholding company policies, including safety and emergency proceduresAdhering to traffic laws and regulatory requirementsPerforming other related duties as needed Qualifications And Skills Required Must be 21 years or older with at least 3 years of driving experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work flexible shifts or schedulesSubject to DOT drug testing and physical examinations Physical Requirements Work outdoors in various weather conditions, sitting for long periods and walking long distancesPush, pull, and lift objects up to 50 lbs., with occasional bending or crouchingWork in high-traffic, dusty, noisy environments Benefits Include Competitive pay with progression over timeVacation, sick leave, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and holidays Additional Notes We are an equal opportunity employer committed to a drug-free workplace.
