Non CDL FedEx Delivery Driver $750-$900 Baytown or Missouri City Terminal Locations

About the role

Precise Trucking Logistics is an independent service provider for FedEx. Our team delivers and picks up FedEx Ground packages in Houston. We are hiring bilingual full-time drivers at the Baytown and Missouri City terminals.

Responsibilities

• Drive FedEx Ground packages 7 days a week
• Work shifts from Saturday to Friday based on route availability
• Pay range: $750-$900 per week for a beginner route, depending on the number of days worked (5 or 6)
• Average stops per day: 110-120
• Available smaller and larger routes
• Job demands physical and mental effort, fast pace, integrity, organization, and high energy
• Requires safety, professionalism, detail orientation, teamwork, and enjoyment of driving and delivering
• Training available for those without FedEx Ground delivery experience, including a 5-7 day period at $15/hour

Requirements

• Class C driver’s license
• At least 21 years old
• Pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
• Pass drug screening tests
• Pass DOT physical exams
• One year of commercial driving experience (16-foot box truck or larger) or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to complete daily deliveries and pickups
• Ability to lift and carry up to 150 lbs up and down stairs

Qualifications

• Five years of verifiable commercial driving experience within the past ten years
• Or, a successful completion of a vendor driving school plus six months of verifiable commercial driving experience within the previous three years
• No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required

Bonus

Drivers receive additional pay per stop after hitting the weekly stop threshold.
