Non-CDL Delivery Driver - Home every night, No weekends

About the role

Join our Burlington Washington team as a Non-CDL Route Driver and start building a long-term, rewarding career. You will deliver customer orders to various locations while learning the fundamentals of our business.

Responsibilities

• Plan your daily delivery route efficiently.
• Review customer orders; pick and stage stock in the warehouse.
• Load products onto the truck in route order.
• Deliver orders safely to customer locations; unload and place items appropriately.
• Communicate customer changes, backorders, or opportunities to the sales team (optional depending on division need).
• Follow all company and DOT/regulatory safety procedures.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.
• Experience driving a box truck or van.
• Valid medical card (if applicable by state/region).
• Must meet company and regulatory driving requirements.
• Reliable, consistent attendance.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in routes, schedules, or customer needs.
  • Ability to read and follow GPS navigation or road maps.
  • Basic warehouse operations knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to safely move products using hand trucks or electric pallet jacks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management habits.

Pay

Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM with possibilities for overtime.
