Non-CDL Delivery Driver
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract sections:
- Position Summary: description about company and role. Could be "About the role". Should we include? Yes.
- Schedule: "The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday; 6:30 am until route is complete with rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs, and may require overtime." That's schedule.
- Job Responsibilities: list of duties. Should be under Responsibilities.
- Benefits: list after "Our Benefits". Should be Benefits.
- Physical Demands and Work Environment: maybe could be under Requirements or Qualifications? It's more about physical demands; could be part of Requirements. But we have a section "Requirements" maybe for qualifications? Actually we have Qualifications separate. The posting includes "Qualifications" list. Also "Physical Demands and Work Environment" could be part of Requirements (maybe as a subsection). But we need to decide: we have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can put physical demands under Requirements (maybe as a list). Also we have "Skills" maybe not explicit; we could omit if no specific skills beyond those in qualifications. But we could include skills like "Ability to communicate effectively", "Ability to operate handheld device", etc. However those are in responsibilities. Might be better to not create Skills if no explicit skill list.
Pay: "Highly competitive wages starting at $19/hr Weekly pay". That's pay info. So we can have Pay section.
Schedule we already have.
Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, visa sponsorship, etc. Remove those.
Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive info: company description, schedule, responsibilities list, benefits list, qualifications list, physical demands, work environment maybe.
We need to format as headings, then content: either
for prose,
- for lists.
We must not include job ID etc.
Let's craft.
First, About the role: combine position summary paragraph(s). The position summary includes: "U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships." That's about the company. Could be part of About the role. We'll output as
. Second, Responsibilities: list of duties from "Job Responsibilities". Let's extract bullet points: - Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles during one of our many routes while making 10-20 deliveries/day deliveries - Complete and maintain accurate records and logs including driver's logs, fuel purchase logs, and other records as required by company policy and law - Make on time deliveries at our customer's locations while in a safe, punctual manner in all weather conditions - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle you're driving for the day - You can expect to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. - When lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment. - When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires you will need to be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - Able to assist in the loading/unloading of trucks and occasionally operate equipment (forklift pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) when needed - Expect to work approx. 8-12 hours/day - Operate a handheld device, provided, and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled - Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, coworkers, and management - Collect payments from customers upon delivery of product - The duties listed in this job description are not exhaustive. Team members may be asked to perform other job-related tasks and follow any job-related instructions given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations We should keep all but maybe remove the last sentence about not exhaustive? It's substantive but maybe we can keep. It's not boilerplate. Keep. Now Benefits: list after "Our Benefits". Items: - Highly competitive wages starting at $19/hr - Weekly pay - Work boot reimbursement program - Quarterly performance bonus program - Healthcare benefits, available your first day on the job - 401(k) with Generous Employer Contribution AND Match - Paid Vacation, Sick time and Holidays - On-the-job training and skill development - Tuition Reimbursement - Employee Discount Programs Note: "Highly competitive wages starting at $19/hr" and "Weekly pay" also appear in Pay section; but we can keep them in Benefits or Pay. According to rules, we should create Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state wages and weekly pay. So we could put Pay section with those details, and Benefits section with other benefits (excluding wages). But we must not duplicate. Let's separate: Pay: wages starting at $19/hr, Weekly pay. Benefits: other items. Now Schedule: we have schedule description. Now Requirements: maybe include physical demands and work environment? Also maybe include "Must be 21 years or older", etc. Actually those are under Qualifications. The posting has a "Qualifications" section with list. So we can put Requirements maybe empty? Better to use Qualifications for those. Requirements could be for physical demands? But we have a separate "Physical Demands and Work Environment". Could treat as Requirements. Let's decide: We'll have Requirements section for physical demands and work environment (since it's about ability to perform). Qualifications section for the list of qualifications (age, experience, license, etc.). Skills maybe not needed. Thus: - Requirements: Physical demands and work environment content. - Qualifications: list of qualifications. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Check for any duplicated content: we have lifted 50 pounds etc appears both in Responsibilities and Qualifications; that's okay as it's substantive. We removed boilerplate: EEO, visa sponsorship, equal opportunity, etc. Also removed "DIVISION: U.S. AutoForce" maybe not needed; it's minor metadata; we could incorporate into About the role? It's not essential; we can drop. We also removed "U.S. Venture will not offer sponsorship..." etc. We also removed the phone numbers and the long number
