Responsibilities

  • Report to our warehouse location at 101 Gilder Way, Gypsum, CO each morning for loadout and start your day at the warehouse
  • Load and unload packages in your assigned delivery vehicle at the warehouse before heading out on your route
  • Follow your navigated delivery route efficiently and safely to ensure on-time package delivery
  • Safely operate and perform pre-trip safety inspections on your delivery vehicle
  • Use a smartphone and GPS navigation to manage your delivery route and scan packages
  • Provide outstanding customer service at every stop — you are the face of every delivery
  • Communicate with your support team throughout the day to resolve issues and ensure all deliveries are completed
  • Assist fellow drivers with route rescues when needed — teamwork is part of the job
  • Follow all local and state traffic laws, transportation guidelines, and company policies
  • Work in all weather conditions and on a variety of routes
  • Lift and lower packages up to 50 lbs. frequently; maneuver packages up to 70 lbs. with equipment; team-lift up to 300 lbs.
  • Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift to complete administrative close-out

Qualifications

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. The following experience translates well to this delivery driver role:

  • Restaurant, construction, grocery, ski resort, or other physically active work
  • Military veterans — your discipline and work ethic are a great fit for this role
  • Experience as a courier, rideshare driver, or in any delivery-related role is a plus — but never required
