Why You’ll Love This Role Home most nights – local delivery routes within 150 milesPart Time – 1 to 3 days a week with manageable routes, flexible with your scheduleWhite-glove service environment with meaningful customer relationshipsIndependence on the road with support from a strong teamForklift training and certification providedOpportunity to grow and become a key leader within your service center What You'll Do Deliver with Excellence Safely transport Starmark funeral products to funeral homes throughout your territoryEnsure accurate, on-time deliveries with professional serviceVerify orders before loading and upon deliveryCollect signatures, payments, and maintain delivery documentation Build Customer Relationships Serve as the primary face of Starmark during deliveriesCreate positive experiences through professionalism and communicationSupport customer needs and help resolve issues when they ariseDevelop long-term relationships built on trust and reliability Support Service Center Operations Assist with loading and unloading trucksSecure shipments using proper equipment and proceduresHelp prepare next-day orders and specialized packagingMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Safety First Conduct vehicle inspections before and after routesFollow DOT regulations and company safety standardsMaintain a clean driving record and commitment to safe driving PM21 Requirements What We Are Looking For Compliant with Department of Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving recordAbility to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical CardStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and stay organizedComfortably using GPS routing tools and mobile technology with a reliable smart phone Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 poundsOperate lift gates and pallet jacks for loading and unloading freight with a 26' box truckSit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and move constantly throughout the workdayWork in warehouse and delivery environments Join the Starmark Team At Starmark, we believe every delivery matters.
