Hiring Range: $245,000 - $287,000

About the Role
The Division of Hospital Medicine at UMass Memorial Medical Center currently seeks a full-time Nocturnist. The successful candidate will be board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics. Consideration will be given to both experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows.
Responsibilities
- Teaching and non-teaching shifts
- Variable schedule depending on service
Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics
- Experience as a Nocturnist preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Current license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Interest in academic medicine and teaching
