We are seeking Internal Medicine trained physicians for Nocturnist roles in Metro Miami, Florida. Our approach prioritizes compassionate patient care, emphasizing a physician-led, patient-first philosophy in hospital medicine. Located near downtown Miami, the role offers a rewarding environment focused on high-quality, concierge-level care during vulnerable moments.

Schedule

Nights only (7pm - 7am) on a 7/7 block, offering a balanced work/life schedule.

Pay

Compensation includes a salary upwards of $300K+ with RVU bonuses from day one.
