The Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is actively seeking both recent graduates and experienced Nocturnists to join our growing program.

Shift hours: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Schedule: 12 shifts per month, including 2 weekends per month (Friday and Saturday nights). The remaining 8 shifts can be selected based on availability and division needs.

Full-time Nocturnist program Highly competitive compensation, with incentives for quality and productivity. Emphasis on high-value, team-based care with a reasonable patient census.
