About the Role
Asante is seeking a full-time Nocturnist Hospitalist to join our expanding Hospitalist team at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, a 378-bed regional referral hospital and Level II Trauma Center in beautiful Southern Oregon. Practice in a highly collaborative, physician-led environment with strong specialty support, flexible scheduling options, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Qualifications
- Graduation from an approved ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Current unrestricted MD/DO license by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association.
- Must obtain and maintain staff membership and appropriate privileges.
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Must meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Pay
- Annual base salary of $378,000 (minimum work requirement: 168 twelve-hour shifts per year).
- Eligible for additional pay for extra shifts as well as a premium for night shifts.
- Year two: Eligible for quality incentive plan up to 10% annually.
- Up to $25,000 signing bonus.
- Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance.
- Up to $5,000 CME Allowance.
