About the Role
As an Acute Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.
Responsibilities
- Administer medical treatment and medications as prescribed by a physician.
- Deliver recovery-focused care in a secure, welcoming, and respectful environment.
Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations.
Pay
Expected starting wage range is $56.00 - $69.69 per hour, with the full wage range extending up to $82.38. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on the location where the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
- Shift differentials: 6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift.
- Weekend shift differentials: 5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift.
Schedule
Full-time: 7:00pm - 7:30am.

Shelton Next Steps is a long-term civil commitment acute 16-bed Evaluation & Treatment Center in Thurston County serving individuals with severe psychiatric symptoms who can benefit from structured services and supports in a secure setting.
