No-Fault Personal Injury Protection Attorney
About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a No-Fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Attorney with a minimum of two years of experience with New York No-Fault PIP law. This role primarily involves analyzing medical records, bills, fee disputes, priority of payment, coverage exhaustion, and other legal issues related to PIP claims. Candidates will draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze medical records, bills, fee disputes, priority of payment, coverage exhaustion, and other legal issues related to PIP claims.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions.
- Appear at arbitrations, court conferences, and hearings as necessary.
Requirements
- Active New York bar license.
- Reside in or around New York City.

Benefits
Competitive compensation with a salary range of $145,000 - $155,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. Equal Opportunity Employer.
